L’Oiseau Blanc at the Peninsula Hôtel is presided over by a replica of the White Bird (in homage to the plane in which Nungesser and Coli attempted to cross the Atlantic in 1927) and offers a 360 degrees view over Paris. Chef Christophe Raoux offers typical French cuisine, highlighting the best of French products hand-picked everyday.

Interior architects Gilles et Boissier transformed Café de l’Homme with marble tables, velvet sofas and Arabic-style latticework. The restaurant is managed by Christophe Bonnat and Coco Coupérie-Eiffel (the great-great-granddaughter of Mr. Gustave Eiffel himself) and serves classic French cuisine with an international influence.
