@karllagerfeld designed two generous Grands Appartements and another deluxe room that he dedicated to his cat, Choupette, in the newly revamped Hotel Crillon in Paris. ‘I knew the hotel would need an intense link to the 18th century but also a display of French art de vivre and innovation,’ said @alineasmardammam, who lead the renovation. ‘He was the only one who could materialize that bridge.’ In one of the impressive suites Lagerfeld designed, the tub is carved from a single block of rare Arabescato Fantastico marble, and takes its shape from fountains at the Vatican.” | Photo by @matthieusalvaing via @archdigest
