A LITTLE WEEKEND INTERIOR inspiration from New York based Alex Papachristidis Interiors, launched in 1987. Known for elegance, sophistication and luxury, Alex Papachristidis has decorated Manhattan apartments and beach houses in Cape Cod with his signature layers of textures, colours and patterns, and once even added embroidered walls to an 18-century English country house. Today’s featured project is one of European Couture, and was also featured on the cover of his 2012 book, The Age of Elegance: Interiors by Alex Papachristidis. It is the perfect intermingling of stripes and scallops, gilded frames and coffee tables, crown moulding and zebra print . . .
