{places: in the kitchen}

. . . must confess, these days, would most likely find me anywhere {most likely in the office} other than the kitchen, unless it is to pour the champagne, or to linger about the hors d’œuvre, and of course, when there are cream-filled cakes and heart-shaped shortbread cookies sprinkled with confectioners’ sugar . . .

{p.s.} a recent places feature, where one might also find me: here

  • R – Ah, but this must mean you have a beautifully sleek and glamorously tidy kitchen. I would have to describe my own cooking space as a study in hedonistic, bohemian chaos – with just a touch of glamour thrown in (yes, you will always find a bottle of Clicquot chilled in the fridge). What a pretty double sink set within marble countertops, here. I dream of powdery pastry and chocolate croissants, just looking at it! xo M

  • I love a white kitchen. And I love baking pretty things like heart shaped cookies. I don’t know why, but food seems to taste better when it looks cute. =)
