Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links

Notes from the Weekend & a Few Lovely Links 27.10.17

THIS WEEKEND we watched Frances Ha written by Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach, who also directed the film (watch the trailer here). It was a charming and heartwarming look at the pursuit of happiness and following one’s dreams and moving through life with light and lightness. It’s something that we needed to see right now, just as we’re feeling a little overwhelmed with too many things happening all at once. And at times when it feels like things are beyond our control, it good to be reminded to keep moving through life with unaccountable joy and lightness, safe in the beliefs of our dreams…

This week’s links include new arrivals at The Shop and Where to Stay in the Scottish Highlands; lacy underthings, The Best Train Trips in the World, and much, much more.
