PAVLOVAS WITH BRAISED RHUBARB, ROSE CREAM & PISTACHIO
My first contact with Leela Cyd was in the summer of 2011, when she invited me to participate in a column she was writing for Apartment Therapy called Breakfast with a Blogger. I shared my favourite Cranberry-Chia Granola recipe, and it’s been lovely keeping up with what Leela’s been up to ever since, including re-launching her own site. Yesterday morning, I came across her recipe for Rhubarb Rose Pavlova on Twitter and immediately fell in love with the styling and photography. The recipe, of course, looks wonderful as well.
