BACK IN THE OFFICE again after being around & about, appointments and errands and such, and while mine is a maximalist’s paradise, all gold and roses, lucite and pleated shades, can never resist a little ornate austerity, [my version of minimalism], and especially when it comes in pools of sunlight and regal crown moulding and warm chevron floors . . .
