First discovered the blog, Photisserie, through Marzena at Definitely Golden. The name comes from the joining of her two passions, photography and pâtisserie, and the site follows the culinary adventures of photographer and patissière Kathreinerle.  After studying in Germany, she packed her things — two of which were a Photoapperat and Kitchenaid — and moved to Paris to learn the craft of French pâtisserie.  You will become lost in a world of châteaus and early autumn apple pies, cosy coffee houses with ornate silverware, and perhaps even find a new recipe or two . . .
