

. . . yesterday, spent a part of the day at afternoon tea, and with a view overlooking the castle, and over finger sandwiches and warm scones with clotted cream, macarons and eclairs, was reminded of how lovely [and inspirational] it is, to take time to slow things down a little, everyday, even if only for a few moments . . .
