. . . hello! so very lovely to see you again, after what must surely have been the longest forty-eight hours in history; as you know, the site was down due to technical difficulties for nearly two full days, but happily, all's well that ends well, and so, a quick note to say thank you! for all the lovely messages, on facebook & twitter, and all of the amazingly thoughtful emails -- being offline for a bit was a wonderful reminder to never take the things [or people] we adore for granted, and how lovely it is to be such a beautiful community . . .
