{hello & tuesday musings}

popsicles

. . . all of this sunny, summery weather lately and it may be a little difficult to concentrate on work no matter how much fun, or stay in the office for too long -- there have been frequent ice cream trips for mango sorbet and decadent scoops of ferrero rocher glelato, along with very long lunches and isn't this the loveliest time of year?

{p.s.} recipe here & what's your favourite ice cream flavour?

Delicious! Last night, I had sorbet in the courtyard and very much just enjoyed being outside... and without a jacket, too, for that matter! It's been about 24 degrees here in Vancouver — I hope it stays, and for you, too :)

I'm a Vanilla gal... Boring but always good.

Yes, the loveliest time of year indeed! ..just days of lounging in glamorous bathing suits, drinking summer cocktails by the beach, and of course decadent ice cream such as this! This photo is making my mouth water... my favourite ice cream can be found in Rome - nutella gelato or tiramisu gelato. :)

Cheers to summer! :)

These pops are amazing! I am def a vanilla chick for sure but it has to be a rich vanilla bean! And lately I have been all about plain tart frozen yogurt!

Cookies n Cream ice cream is my favorite. But when I'm feeling for something a little more decadent, I go to my local gelato shop and get the flavor Violet. It's made from flowers so it has a lavender color with lavender colored sugars. It tastes and smells like perfume!!

Any flavour, any time, love ice cream, sorbet, gelato, (too much). Perfect photo today! We are hitting the 37 today (over 100) so anything cool will do nicely. I am trying not to complain after the cold winter we had this year. Hope you are enjoying your weather there. XO
