{to sleep perchance to dream}

far-off-places
travel-3
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
~mark twain

. . . one of the best things ever is to wake up at an insanely early hour and catch a flight to some wildly romantic, far-off place, even if it means a tiny cat-nap, mid-coffee in the airport lounge, moments before take-off . . .

{p.s.} and to p, thank you for being the best travelling companion in the world, and can not wait to make a million more memories on our next adventure . . .

What an amazing post! Totally inspiring! My husband and I took a chance to 2 years ago when we sold all of our possessions and moved to a new country to follow our dreams, so I could not agree more with that lovely quote. Our lives changed with that decision and now I feel we really know what it's like to LIVE! I love what you have said about taking sporadic trips...traveling with someone special is one of the best things in the world.

Also these photos are toooooo pretty. I want all of this beautiful bags/accessories! :)

Have a wonderful weekend!

Hello Roséline!

I have so missed my visits to your beautiful blog since Christmastime. Work has kept me so so busy since, but thankfully I have enjoyed your posts via my rss feed.

I am glad that you received my card, and hope that 2011 is off to a wonderful start. As always, I really enjoyed your gorgeous posts for this past year, as well as the great news that you shared with us—but have a feeling that even more wonderful things will come your way this year... I just know it!

Your blog has always, and will continue to be, a close favorite of mine. There is a feeling/atmosphere about {this is glamorous} that cannot be described in words, but something about it is a combination of glamour and a true demonstration of living both very elegantly and very well.

(Apologies for the long comment)
I hope you have a lovely weekend,

xoxo
