. . . perhaps it's the seemingly sudden drop in temperatures or the sudden gusts of november wind on early morning walks, but lately have been very much in the holiday spirit, and dreaming of languid dinner parties with lovely table settings and have fallen completely for the notion of monogrammed napkins and pastel-coloured roses . . .
{p.s.} more monograms & roses

The drop in temperature may have inspired your table setting - but it makes me think of a Christmas luncheon in the sun here in New Zealand - chilled champagne and oysters on ice under a big white umbrella. Bliss.

Oh me too, I'm refining my Christmas table theme to whir roses and silver grey linens
I am so inspired by thoughts of glitzy dinner parties, and these elegant table settings are so delightful. Your lovely posts always stimulate my daydreams beyond compare!

Love the dusty pastels, très chic.
Well you know how much I love champagne - and you've just added to the appeal with the oysters!

Those napkins are so chic! I love the holidays, but definitely can't wait for it to be outdoor party weather again...

I agree with you! But I want love to go on an early morning walk, but languid dinner parties sound lovely!
Bring on the wine or champagne! :)
