. . . returning again & again to this photograph of viviana volpicella {assistant fashion editor, vogue nippon}, utterly inspired by the brilliant mix of colours & patterns, polka dots and leopard print -- such an elegantly chic combination and perfect for a sunny autumn afternoon . . .

Yes, perfectly paired. I've always been afraid of poka-dots and I'm not quite sure why. This outfit looks ultra chic...good thing I do have a pair of leopard pumps...I feel a bit better.

I like shoes and dress so cool.

The two patterns from the dress & shoes mix quite nicely because they create a warm, earthy color palette. The polka dots aren't overpowering, letting the bold print on the heels take centerstage. Love this.

Love the big orange bracelet! It's such a nice pop of color. And of course, her skin tone is absolutely perfect between those two hues. *sigh*

Incredibly chic! I will never, ever tire of polka dots -- there is a sense of fun to them, even in the most elegant versions of all, such as this. You always inspire with your findings, Roséline... hope your weekend was lovely. Oh yes, and I wanted to mention how much I enjoy your twitter pictures of tidbits from your weekend :)
