. . . having quite a love affair with all things australian lately, with katie and natasha, and now these incredibly beautiful rings by billy bride, handcrafted from naturally occurring materials such as citrine, lapis lazuli, quartz, and the stunning, champagne aura, a metaphysical stone created when quartz is bonded with vaporized gold . . .
{p.s.}
* more minerals: carly waito, oil on masonite
* previous at the shops: satomi kawakita, new york

I keep seeing these kind of rings everywhere and I WANT THEM ALL. They're pretty but edgy (literally as well). Damn gorgeous.

Amazing -- the rings to wear when you want to be eyecatching!
I love quartz and ameythst rings like this. I purchased one off Etsy a few months ago and it has to be one of my favorite pieces of jewelry.
I love the white quartz one the most, it looks like snow! xo

These are so beautiful.... I was just looking at a store on Abbot Kinney that sold similar pieces, some made out of recycled glass. Divine.

Loving the big rings around at the moment. my hands are a tad bony to hold them on though! Being an Australian designer, I am a big fan of all Aussies that you mention...
these are so strikingly beautiful!
Oh, gasp! I loved these stones as a little girl and always wanted them as a ring! finally!
Wow ~ my father was a rock collector. These rings so remind me of when I hauled a huge peg board filled with his crystals and gems to show and tell in the third grade. I was so proud to show it, as he had pieces much like these. Who knew they'd be on fingers in raw form years later. :) xox Alexandra
i saw one of these rings in the latest Australian InStyle mag. have to have one.
Australia is one of the most undiscovered sources for great design :-), in my personal and totally unbiased opinion!!:-)
