. . . had mentioned earlier that have been positively living in light and floaty dresses all summer long and have absolutely fallen for the polka dots, pretty pastels, iridescent paillettes, shiny lamé, and embroidered lace flowers of marc jacobs' resort 2011 collection, undeniably stylish and perfectly pretty, and as perfect for a trip to the shops as for stargazing on a midsummer's night . . .{p.s.} a few things:
* more fashion inspiration: how to wear sequins
* three more days: for the eames chair give-away

i wish it was summer over here... the first dress is gorgeous and everything else is just so lovely! x
So pretty!
Marc Jacobs really does amaze me in so many ways! For him to be creative director for so many amazing lines...I don't know how he does it!?
The first dress is to die for!!
That trench is stunning! Oh, to have that in my closet...
he is just amazing...and the collection is pure beauty!
I'm in love with all of the shoes in these pictures! I like the accents of yellow and the flowers. The last dress and the super short mini dress are my favorite. I love how a dress thats a pastel colour and is demure looking can still be so sexy. Its almost a bit mysterious.

Wow, soo pretty!! It looks so New York!! :) Lovely inspiration!!
These are just stunning pieces! I cannot get over the last dress—I think everything about it is so pretty... one of the prettiest dresses I've seen in a little while. I really like the sheerness of the fabrics, the edging details (especially along the hem and sleeve) and the neckline cut. Sweet, but not too young.
I hope you are having a wonderful week! Today, I am off to the U.S (just over the border) to do a little vintage and antique shopping :)
As always, a visit to your blog is just what I needed this morning, Roséline—it just starts the day off right...
xoxo,
Sarah
I adore the dress on the last photo. In my case, I just buy outfits that I can use anywhere anytime and I can definitely do that with the pastel dress
