. . . hello again! . . . a little {fashionably} late today, it's true, but another beautiful summer weekend, and so much so, decided to stay for another night, returning only moments ago . . . and after the starlit nights and warm evening breezes, the late-morning coffees and walks along the river, and most of all, the first countryside picnic of the summer, it's back to business with lingering memories and a few lovely photographs of the weekend . . .happy, happy monday! and hope your week is off to a perfect start,
xo
{p.s.} ever since this collection by chloé, have been a little obsessed with sexy 70's styling, also seen here & here

I love the browns... So beautiful and reminding me of fall, and COOL temperatures. We here in Arizona could really use some chill in our air!
That hat is fabulous - looks great with the pencil skirt in the same colour
Wow - I love the brown and whites. Bring on the fall please. Suddenly feel the urge to buy shoes ;-)
The hat in the third picture is simply stunning!
Stunning! I love all these pieces and all the colors.
I'm hearting on that hat too!!
I never thought I'd like 70s shapes -- oh, how we laughed at them when we were Children of the 80s! But now I'm finding them really flattering and sensuous-looking.
I'm in awe of all the brown, black, grey, and camel -- esp. camel -- coming for the fall season. Seriously, they're everywhere, so many editorals, stores, and retail websites already. I'm not sure how I feel about wearing *only* neutrals from head to toe, which seems to be the fall look. But it will surely be a good season to stock up on "safe" pieces that can be worn with many things for years.
I love these images - the neutrals, the stacked heels and long gorgeous hair - so serious, yet so glamorous at the same time. Sounds like you had a lovely weekend, welcome back and just think - the work week is that much shorter. =)
LOVE these photos... so chic!
The brown shoes are amazing. Thank you for the shopping inspiration :)
I always love editorials that look straight out of the 70s like this!
Love these photos and I definitely need to "borrow" the blonde and brunette (first pic!) So pretty!
That ribbed knit skirt in the first photo is going straight on my to-do list! Maybe in grey... Easy, breezy, beautiful!!! thanks for the inspiration!!
I love the white Chanel Bag
Fabulous, utterly fabulous, this is my favourite work combination of colours.

I am the biggest fan of neutrals, tans and browns! So classic!
How did you get these scans from russian journal? It's so unusual to see my native language^^
I really love the atmosphere in your blog! It's very inspiring. And beige shades here are really gorgeous!
