{two lovely things:} there is something about wicker that brings back memories of luxuriously beautiful summer afternoons -- perhaps a reminder of picnic baskets and sunrooms overflowing with roses and sunlight . . . and lovely, lovely to see wicker move beyond and into bedrooms, draped in seductive and always romantic mosquito netting, and dining rooms, be-ribboned and rustically elegantly alongside white tufted chairs with an air of perfect countryside charm . . .{p.s.} recent two lovely things:

Ooh, I love the summer wicker! Especially love how it was alternated with the non-wicker chairs at the dining table. Feels so casual but sophisticated at the same time.
The wicker bed is beautiful! Very suitable in a beach house, isn't it?

I really like the cozy, airy feel of both—especially the dining area! The industrial lights, with the cabinet, ceiling, chairs and flooring is perfect. Such a refreshing post for a Thursday :)

Ah, white. How do I love it? let me count the ways. But as an illustrator, I really depend on white in the home. It leaves the canvas open so that the imagination can wander at will.
