{fashion inspiration: zara spring 2010}

. . . pretty ruffles, romantic florals, platform sandals and bows, and to top it off, a crown of blossoms -- spring, at long last, has arrived . . .

as a new season approaches, I'm somewhat anxious about what we will find via the runway. I have to say that I adore every detail of these new spring editions - I'll take one of each!

Love this. Obsessed with Zara. Just bought the cutest minis from their spring collection. One black, one beige with black waistband, both with tons of ruffles.

May have to try them with my blush pink socks.

The ruffles actually come from the ruff in mid-sixteenth century to the mid-seventeenth century and worn around the neck. I think it looked better there than as a waist item.
