{at this moment: bar carts}

by

It seems that every autumn, we fall in love all over again with all things preppy, equestrian, and ivy-league-inspired — crested blazers, tartans and plaids, and bar carts, which have become a style staple — and, since light and flirty summer dresses have {regrettably} been replaced with long cashmere scarves and soft cardigans, shall happily succumb to the wind-rippled days with a glass of autumn wine . . .

    Ah the quintessential Glamorous post – along with tartan, trench coats, neutrals and sequins

  • Hi there !

    I’ve just found one (last monday) in a thrift store for my husband. Now, he can show his 3-4 best whisky bottles and his cocktail shakers with style. I might give it a makeover in a while, but for now, I leave it as it is. You can check it out if you want : http://nocesdecoton.canalblog.com/archives/2009/10/05/15317826.html (and don’t worry, I’m french, but I try to write my blog in both French and English).
    Hope you like it !

  • Fantastic ideas. I have been looking for the perfect country-modern-glamourous-bar-cart for years… perhaps you have re-ignited the flame. Flea markets this weekend? Sounds like the perfect excuse.
